I have been in the Mortgage industry since 2007; I have become an expert in the South for my knowledge of Reverse Mortgages. I love working with seniors and knowing the positive results a Reverse Mortgage can have. Most of my business is based on client referrals, so it is my goal to provide a personal experience from application to closing.

I pride myself on going the extra mile to help educate those who may not be aware of the options today with traditional mortgage. Choices range from Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, HELOCS * and HELOANS*, and Reverse Mortgages and Reverse Mortgages to purchase a home.

Reverse Mortgages today are being used for many different reasons. Such as replacing a loved one’s income, providing a solution to pay for in home care instead of a nursing home, eliminating a current mortgage and payment, or supplementing retirement income or an investment portfolio.

SMG Mortgage is a direct lender, but unlike many “big banks” and some other lenders, we can work with many different investors offering programs for almost any situation, we understand that everyone’s situation is different, and we have the flexibility to meet those needs.
