I do mortgage closing signings, personal signings, and go to get signatures for attorneys, elder care planners, and others. I have also served people and went to nursing home to get documents signed.

To date, I have attended 1000 closings with my clients no matter if they were closing with an attorney or a notary. I always attend because I usually need to clear up at least one question.

As a National Notary Association-certified Closing Notary, I specialize in getting initial documents or closing documents signed. No matter the type of mortgage. I claim this as a specialty but have the training to handle most anything. Most important to you, I would never say a word or give advice or even tell the person I am an LO. Typically, when a title company needs a Notary Closer, they call a national title and closing agent provider, and they randomly pick from a stack or take the one who will work the cheapest. Out of $400 the notary company tries to find the cheapest. I have seen many $40 tries. I charge $125-$250, but even at $250, you are still going to give you client a perfect closing and save that customer $150 or more because you don’t have to hire a notary company. Don’t you care that I won’t plan to spend 30 minutes with your clients. I will explain if I’m asked what the National Notary Association tells us to. If that’s not it I call the loan officer, closer, or title.

As a National Notary Association Certified Closing Notary, I can also work for elder attorneys getting wills and POAs notarized. I can serve people with summons and do anything such as a repo that needs a document notarized.
