►Dear Scott, This note is a long time coming, and I do apologize for that, because I want to thank you for all your help and guidance with my mother's reverse mortgage. When we first decided to check into a reverse mortgage, I could not find anyone to sit down and explain the pros & cons directly to my mom. All we knew is what you hear on television. It was very frustrating, leaving message after message with various advertisers of reverse mortgages, and never receiving a call back. I feel so fortunate that, a local lender took us under his wing and arranged an initial phone meeting between us. Of course that leads to many other calls and even more emails! I can never say "thank you" enough for your time and patience. I'm certain we kept on asking the same questions, but you never failed to cheerfully answer, time and again, until we understood the process. Making two trips from Birmingham to talk to my mom face to face, so she would not have to travel, was extremely generous of you. Scott, you truly are 'The Reverse Mortgage Guy'! It was the right decision for my mom's situation and your hard work, knowledge and humor, plus going 'above and beyond', made it all a stress free and uncomplicated process for her.
